Read This If You Ever Settled For Less Than What You Deserve

Have you ever settled for less than what you deserve when it comes to intimate relationships? Have you given more than what you’re given? Have you given your partner or the person your entertaining way too many chances just to see if they’ll change and come to find out they’re just stuck in their selfish ways? Do you love or lust based on potential instead of believing that when a person shows you who they are the first time to fucking believe it?

I guess you all are wondering why I am asking so many questions. Today I woke up and decided to not only analyze why people waste their time on those who don’t deserve their love but to ask myself the very same question because I too settled for less. When you have a big heart sometimes you want to see the best in people, even if they’re a shitty person. You still choose to see that one good quality they have over the million bad deeds they have been possessing. Maybe we settle for less because we know what it is like to wake up and feel like it’s a hole in our chest when we realized the person we cared about, and love is no longer a part of our daily routine. Do we fall for people who don’t love us because we were shown or taught at a young age that was unlovable unworthy of being treated properly? Maybe subconsciously we adapted to these negative thoughts about ourselves because of how our parents raised us, the kids at school who made fun of us, or maybe it is just the environment we grew up around.

I know you’re afraid to let go. I’m afraid of letting go as well. You gotta put yourself first, you have one life to live. Life is short, live it loving people and being around people that will pour nothing but love into you. Do you want to die not knowing what real love feel like? You deserve love, I suggest you love yourself first. True love starts inside of you. Love is walking away and protecting your energy. It’s hard and you may fail at first but don’t give up. God closes doors for a reason we may not know the reason but just know blessings will pour into you the moment you let go of whatever is holding you back.
